Operation FANSAN YAMMA Captures 10 Terrorist Logistics Providers in Kebbi

Military forces in Kebbi State arrested 10 suspects and seized 10 new motorcycles intended for a terrorist leader, dealing a major blow to insurgent supply routes.

Soldiers under Operation FANSAN YAMMA have dismantled a key terrorist supply chain in Kebbi State. The forces seized 10 unused Honda motorcycles and detained 10 individuals suspected of facilitating terrorist operations.

Journalist Bakatsine reported the incident on Tuesday via his social media profile. He stated that the military acted on reliable intelligence on Monday afternoon regarding illegal logistics movement.

The motorcycles were discovered hidden within cardboard boxes during transit. They were reportedly intended for delivery to a prominent terrorist leader known as Mallam Gehowa, who manages activities near the Amogoro area. A rapid secondary mission led to the apprehension of four more individuals who were attempting to secure the shipment. This military success serves to weaken insurgent mobility across the North-West region by cutting off their access to essential resources.
