Nigeria Customs Publishes Final Selection List for New Recruits

The Nigeria Customs Service has unveiled the final list of successful candidates for the 2024/2025 recruitment, outlining the mandatory next steps for medical certification and formal acceptance.

The Nigeria Customs Service has officially disclosed the names of individuals selected for the 2024/2025 recruitment cycle. Those chosen are set to be appointed as Assistant Superintendent of Customs II (ASC II). According to Abdullahi Maiwada, the spokesperson for the agency, notification of this result was shared on Monday.

Selected applicants should monitor their registered email accounts and text messages for upcoming guidance. Starting Wednesday, July 29, 2026, the online portal will be accessible for the submission of Medical Certificates of Fitness. Individuals must ensure this upload is completed within seven days of the portal opening.

Furthermore, applicants need to verify their current state of residence on the website and select the ‘Accept Offer’ button to formalize their provisional appointment. Following this step, candidates should look for their Trainee Identification Number, which will be provided within a week. The agency will release specific instructions regarding physical verification, necessary documentation, and training locations in due course.

The Service emphasizes that adherence to these deadlines and procedures is mandatory. Missing any required steps or failing to meet the provided timeline may lead to automatic disqualification and the cancellation of the appointment offer.
