Adamu Yahaya, widely recognized as Adam Fakai, has declared an end to his advocacy for President Bola Tinubu’s administration in Kebbi State. He cited a persistent lack of acknowledgment and backing from All Progressives Congress (APC) leadership as the primary reason for his withdrawal.
Fakai gained visibility online by documenting major federal infrastructure projects, such as road developments. These efforts to highlight the administration’s progress frequently drew mixed reactions from the public. In a recent announcement, Fakai stated that he dedicated over two years of his personal resources and labor to championing the president’s vision for the country.
Despite his visibility, the activist claims he remained invisible to party officials. He expressed disappointment that high-ranking federal figures utilized his content to promote government achievements without ever acknowledging his individual contributions. Fakai suggested that his state of origin might have played a role in this neglect, noting that he felt overlooked by both local and national party structures. While he is ceasing his promotional activities, he expressed appreciation for the moral support and prayers he received from others throughout his time as an advocate.
