A 61-year-old grandfather, Keith McAllister, tragically died after being pinned to an MRI machine for nearly an hour when the powerful magnet latched onto a 20-pound chain around his neck. Despite attempts by Adrienne and the technician to pull Keith away, the magnetic force made it impossible. He was eventually freed but later died from cardiac arrest.
