Medical personnel confirmed that a married couple was killed when an apartment in Deir al-Balah was struck, leaving four others wounded. A separate attack in Gaza City claimed the lives of two more civilians, one of whom was a child. The Israel Defense Forces did not immediately comment on the reported casualties.
