Professor Tukur Adamu, Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Gusau, has praised the Zamfara State Government for its consistent support regarding infrastructure development on campus. This recognition followed an official site visit conducted by the university management team to review active construction initiatives.
The inspection covered two primary developments funded by the state: a single-story staff office building and a multi-classroom block. Professor Adamu expressed approval of the construction standards and specifically thanked Governor Dauda Lawal for ensuring these projects proceed toward completion.
According to the Vice Chancellor, these facilities, which are currently nearing their final stages, are essential for addressing the university’s shortage of lecture halls and workspaces. Professor Adamu characterized these contributions as a clear indicator of Governor Lawal’s dedication to prioritizing education as a primary driver for regional progress.
