Additionally, Chelsea has secured 26-year-old defender Maxence Lacroix and 21-year-old Marco Palestra, while welcoming 24-year-old record signing Morgan Rogers. Welbeck, a former Manchester United and Arsenal player, holds the record for the most Premier League goals for Brighton. His arrival adds depth to the attacking roster, potentially leading to the departure or loan of forwards such as Nicolas Jackson, Liam Delap, and Marc Guiu.
