The Concerned Rivers People (CRP) group recently asserted that clandestine discussions involving former Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) head Joy Nunieh, Gabriel Pidomson, and Dumo Lulu-Briggs will not derail the Rainbow Coalition. In a statement released Sunday by Publicity Secretary Sunny Nwagbo, the organization claimed the three individuals gathered at Nunieh’s home to coordinate their stance against the movement.
The CRP emphasized that the coalition is firmly established and will not be influenced by political schemes or efforts to subvert public will. The group stated that it remains dedicated to its primary goals regardless of these private interactions. Furthermore, the CRP reminded Nunieh of her past, questioning if she has already forgotten those who supported her during her tenure at the NDDC.
