Well-known Nigerian performer and activist, Charly Oputa, better recognized as Charly Boy, has shared a candid admission about his criminal background during his youth while living in America. He spoke openly about this during a Friday appearance on the Arise Television program Prime Time.
During the interview, the outspoken commentator reflected on a series of poor judgments and dangerous activities from his past that he now views with remorse. Charly Boy noted that he was roughly 25 years old at the time and participated in white-collar crimes. He candidly remarked that he had committed various foolish and risky acts, suggesting that his survival to this point in his life serves a greater purpose.
Rather than concealing these experiences, the activist decided to detail them in his autobiography. He stated that he wants the book to serve as a complete record of his evolution, spanning his early years of rebellion to his ultimate personal transformation and self-discovery.
