Barcelona’s teenage football prodigy, Lamine Yamal, and Argentinian pop star Nicki Nicole have reportedly ended their relationship, following a swirl of cheating allegations that the 18-year-old insists are false.
Spanish journalist Javier de Hoyos revealed on national TV that Yamal personally confirmed the breakup in a message sent to him but strongly denied claims that he was unfaithful to Nicki with an Italian influencer.

The couple went public in August 2025, celebrating Nicki’s 25th birthday after weeks of speculation sparked by their joint appearance at a nightclub. Their romance appeared vibrant, with both sharing clips from a luxurious getaway that featured helicopter rides and beachside moments.

However, their love story seems to have unraveled just as quickly. Speaking on the TV program D Corazon, de Hoyos shared Yamal’s clarification that he and Nicki had already broken up before his trip to Italy a trip that sparked the cheating rumors. “He hasn’t been with anyone else,” Yamal allegedly wrote.
Neither Yamal nor Nicki has made an official statement on social media, leaving fans speculating about the reasons for their split.
Meanwhile, the young football star’s life off the pitch continues to draw attention. Yamal is currently battling Pubalgia, a painful condition affecting the pelvic muscles, with Barcelona officials reportedly worried about its long-term impact on his career.
Adding to the intrigue, Spanish media reports that Yamal recently purchased the £9.5 million luxury mansion once owned by Gerard Piqué and Shakira, where he now plans to live with his cousin and a friend.
At just 18, Yamal finds himself at the crossroads of stardom, scrutiny, and personal reinvention both on and off the field.
