Romano explained via his YouTube channel that Chelsea is preparing for a hectic conclusion to the summer window. He confirmed that the club is focused on wrapping up multiple outgoing deals throughout August. Among those expected to exit are Trevoh Chalobah, who is headed to Como in a deal worth 30 million euros plus variables, and Benoît Badiashile. Romano stated clearly that Tosin Adarabioyo is also likely to depart.
The defender, who remains eligible for the Super Eagles, is reportedly seeking an exit to regain regular match time and revitalize his professional career.
