Bournemouth have reached an agreement to sign Elche striker Alvaro Rodriguez for an initial £21.4m, a figure that could increase to £25.7m depending on performance-based add-ons. Because Elche acquired the player from Real Madrid last summer, the Spanish giants are entitled to 50% of the transfer proceeds.
