Uba Sani, the Governor of Kaduna State, asserts that President Bola Tinubu will secure an even larger margin of victory in northern Nigeria during the 2027 general elections compared to his 2023 performance. Speaking on Arise Television, Sani argued that the current administration has delivered more development to the region than any of its predecessors.
Dismissing claims that voters will favor candidates based on tribal or religious affiliations, the governor emphasized that his projections are rooted in statistical data. He rejected the narrative that the upcoming election represents a clash between the ruling All Progressives Congress and the general populace, labeling such viewpoints as lazy.
According to Sani, the notion that the North would turn against the President is purely imaginative. He maintained that tangible development efforts have solidified the region’s commitment to the administration, ensuring a stronger electoral showing for the President in the years ahead.
