Nigeria’s Super Eagles have commenced preparations for their crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe, with six players already reporting to camp.
Among the early arrivals are Victor Osimhen, Bruno Onyemaechi, Papa Mustapha, goalkeepers Kayode Bankole and Amas Obasogie, as well as striker Tolu Arokodare.
More members of the 23-man squad are expected to join soon.
With Nigeria yet to secure a win in their last four matches and currently placed fifth in the group, head coach Éric Chelle is under increasing pressure.
The team is set to take on Rwanda in Kigali on March 21 before hosting Zimbabwe in Uyo on March 25.
