Sciver-Brunt’s performance, which included nine boundaries and one six from 36 deliveries, helped successfully chase a target of 122 at The Oval. This innings marked her first half-century of the tournament.
Alongside Australian partner Beth Mooney, who remained 54 not out, Sciver-Brunt established a tournament-record partnership of 118 runs for the second wicket. The pair guided the Rockets to victory with 18 balls remaining. The win leaves the Rockets four points ahead of Southern Brave in the standings, setting up a crucial final group match between the two sides.
Earlier, Samantha Bates dominated the MI London innings, taking 3-13. The left-arm spinner dismissed Hayley Matthews early and secured two rapid wickets, including top scorer Kira Chathli, who was trapped lbw for 31. Despite a resilient recovery from Alice Monaghan and Chinelle Henry, who both remained unbeaten on 27, MI London struggled to reach a total of 121-5.
