The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) shuttered 12 businesses across Ijora Causeway and Apapa on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. These locations were closed due to ongoing disregard for environmental laws, even after the agency issued several warnings and abatement notices.
Affected sites include Helmar Building Materials, Laprivad Nigeria Ltd, Innocast Nigeria Ltd, Body Language Shipping & Cargo, Laodo Control Jetty, Adaps Nigeria Ltd, Kehdi Equipments Ltd, Bulus Hotel, Park Inn Hotel, Mandarin Supermarket, Hamada Enterprises, and Infinity Pirelli Tyres.
