Social media influencer Vincent Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has issued a public warning that the safety of Adeniyi Adeyemi, the Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council, must be ensured. The statement, released via a video on X this past Friday, addresses the ongoing tension surrounding Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu.
This situation stems from accusations made by Adeyemi, who claims that Gbajabiamila accepted N400 million via an intermediary and requested another N200 million for his official appointment. In response, the Presidency has formally rejected these claims, stating that the Chief of Staff lacks the authority to issue appointments or draft official government correspondence.
VeryDarkMan emphasized that his primary concern is the physical well-being of the accuser. He urged security agencies to intervene and provide protection, noting that the Nigerian public is closely following the investigation to uncover the truth behind these serious bribery allegations.
